By using our website, submitting a form, booking a call or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

DM Digital Agency provides digital marketing services for businesses, including website design, search engine optimisation (SEO), AI search visibility, Google Ads, Meta ads and related consulting and training. The scope, pricing and timeline for any paid work are set out in a proposal, quote or agreement provided to you. If that document conflicts with these Terms, that document takes priority.

Payments

Fees are payable as set out in your proposal, quote or invoice. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our fees unless stated otherwise. We may pause work on accounts with overdue payments.

Results

We work to improve your marketing performance, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or other results, as these depend on factors outside our control, including platform changes and market conditions.

SMS / text messaging terms

  • Program: DM Digital Agency sends text messages to people who opt in, about their enquiry, booked calls, appointment reminders, service updates and, where consented, offers related to our digital marketing services.
    • How you opt in: by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our website forms, or by otherwise giving us your express consent.
      • Message frequency: varies.
        • Costs: message and data rates may apply.
          • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

              • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

                • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim.
